About the Role
The YOUCAT Foundation is building a global online platform to connect local YOUCAT communities across the world. This digital space will allow young people, catechists, teachers, and group leaders to share best practices, access high-quality materials, participate in online courses, and grow together in mission. We are looking for a Content & Community Coordinator to take a central role in shaping this platform. The position will evolve in three key phases:

● Content Development: You will oversee the creation and curation of engaging and visually appealing content (texts, videos, templates, guides, online courses, etc.) for platform users.
● Platform Development & Design Input: You will contribute strategically to the development and structure of the platform, working closely with design and IT teams.
● Ongoing Content & Community Coordination: Once the platform is live, you will manage new content, support local moderators, and animate international exchange.

Key Responsibilities
● Create and adapt audiovisual and print content for digital use – with a strong eye for graphic appeal and usability
● Coordinate contributions from YOUCAT communities worldwide
● Structure and organize platform content in an intuitive and accessible way
● Collaborate with developers and designers to optimize user experience
● Manage content updates and support the publication of online courses
● Foster interaction and best-practice sharing across community subgroups
● Support local leaders in using and contributing to the platform
● Track user engagement and provide feedback for improvements

What You Bring
● A strong identification with the mission of the Catholic Church and the YOUCAT Foundation1
● Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); other  languages are a plus
● Experience in content creation and digital community management
● Graphic design skills and the ability to create visually attractive digital content
● Familiarity with CMS platforms and a general affinity for digital tools (no coding required)
● Strategic thinking and the ability to work across cultural contexts
● A hands-on, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
● Willingness to work from Königstein im Taunus, Germany
